This condo is located in the country on the West Side of Oahu, in a high rise tower on the 19th floor. (Click here for more location info.) Snowbirds, working people and a few vacationing families stay here. The condo is in the Makaha Valley surrounded by the Waianae Mountains, with private multi-million dollar homes, two story condos, a golf course and a heiau nearby. There is frequent bus service here that can take you all the way into Honolulu, or around the entire island, or as close as nearby Makaha Beach Park.

The Makaha Valley Towers are very safe. There is 24/7 security staff at the gate. To enter you must be eligible for a parking pass. Passes are provided based on a list that the owner gives to security. All day and all night security staff monitors our grounds and our parking lots. They enforce the community's rules. They are friendly and helpful.

Since buying this condo in December of 2020 we have worked hard to fine tune things. We have added shelves, towel bars, hooks, a new microwave convection oven, speakers, a receiver, Bluetooth and a smart tv in the bedroom. We have upgraded the bedding to tropical Tommy Bahama and added rugs to the bathroom. We purchased area rugs for the living room and bedroom. We added baskets under the living room tables for your odds and ends. We picked out soft goods to compliment the condos color scheme: couch and bed pillows, a throw, a tablecloth, placemats and dish towels. We want you to have an aesthetically pleasing environment.
